Sleep Success Stories

We started working with Amber when my little one was 11 months old and he was a lifelong co-sleeper who could cry forever if put in his crib. We had spent months trying to get him to sleep soundly on his own, but we had not been successful. With my return to work looming, we sought out Amber's help.  Before we began working together, my husband and I had a call with Amber where she asked us questions, and then we used a sleep tracking app that she also had access to for the next few weeks. She was very responsive and came up with a plan to get the baby into his own crib and form positive sleep habits. When we struggled with the soothing method that was originally proposed, Amber could tell through our notes and sleep times in the shared sleep app, and she proposed a different strategy that worked very well. Amber helped ease him into good sleep habits in a way that worked for him and us, and now he is sleeping in his crib for 12 hour at night and napping happily at daycare. We are very happy with our decision to seek out Amber's help and would highly recommend her!

My girl is 22 months. She is a decent sleeper, but the last 2 months her sleep was getting worse. Amber asked us to consider moving her back to a crib, she adjusted her sleep schedule and she supported us with the sleep training.
